- ecoTECH - high quality, low energy Swedish sustainable home
- Stewart Milne - a pair of four-storey timber-framed near zero carbon houses (level 5 of Code)
- Kingspan - sustainable house aiming for level 6 of the new Code for Sustainable homes
- Spaceover - volumetric solution, units from a 'live' project in Harlow
